Roger S. Sattler is a consultant specializing in vision, policy, strategy, resource mobilization and multi-sector collaboration for economic development, trade and investment and technology diffusion in the Americas. He directed domestic programs of the President’s Economic Adjustment Committee, working with government and business leaders to implement community economic development strategies to offset impacts from defense program changes. In the Reagan Administrations, he led interagency contributions to the White House Task Force on Puerto Rico and the President’s Private Sector Initiatives program. For ten years, he assisted the Puerto Rico Economic Development Administration in strategic positioning, Caribbean Region development, investment promotion, federal relations and small business development. He has also helped Jamaica, Panama and Dominican Republic with strategic positioning.

He directed international business for produce industry leader, Gargiulo, LP for ten years. He chaired the Agribusiness Committee at Caribbean/Latin American Action (C/LAA), reducing trade impediments and putting agriculture on the agenda of the Presidents Summit of the Americas. He was a director of The Services Group, Inc, an international consulting firm specializing in FTZs, and advisor to Openworld Partnership, Inc., which promoted FTZ Internet office park development in the Americas and Africa.
